Trip to Texas

Izzet invited me to Dallas the other day but I refused BECAUSSSEEEE I still have to clean my apartment. Enter Carlos the Clown and Izzet told him about it. He looked at me and screamed, 'WHAT IS WRROONNNGGG WITH YOU?? YOU WERE OFFERED AN ALL EXPENSES TRIP TO DALLAS AND YOU REFUSED BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT??? SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS WRROOONNGGG WITH YOU???? GO, GOOOOOO!!!'

So now here I am in Dallas. We had a 6:30 pm (Virginia time) flight yesterday but the plane left around 7 pm and we arrived at the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Airport around 9:30 pm (Texas is an hour late compared to Virginia). It was 3 1/2 hour travel time.

Izzet

Izzet's sister, Maite, arrived around 10 am. We picked up Jaejay at his apartment and we all went to Fort Worth to experience the Old West!

The weather was fine so we gotta walk around the town and enjoy the Texan view. We also went to the Stockyards Museum and to the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame.

At the Stockyards Museum, we saw the things that were commonly used during the Old West. But among the displays, the one that really caught my attention is Arnold Armadillo (I wonder why).

I saw this cowboy sitting in front of the candy shop. Sooo, I can't let this opportunity pass! I asked him if we could take a picture of him. And he said, 'Yes, I would even stand up for yah! (southern accent, dude)'..Yeyy!
